World Peace Development and Research Foundation

Dismayed by technological achievements leading to the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and confronted with cross-border and internal armed conflicts worldwide, adversely impacting people, Sandeep Marwah established the World Peace Development and Research Foundation. In a country like India, striving to rediscover its soul after centuries of foreign domination, achieving enduring peace becomes paramount. The national approach to conflict must prioritize deterrence and dissuasion to enrich a peaceful atmosphere.   Inspired by Gandhian thought, emphasizing non-violence, goodwill towards all life, and hatred towards none, this Foundation champions the message of love, respect for diverse viewpoints, and peaceful co-existence. Acknowledging the remarkable work undertaken by the Foundation, the Interreligious and International Foundation for World Peace in Korea nominated Sandeep Marwah as the Ambassador for Peace. Additionally, he has been honored with the title of Peace Ambassador at the House of Commons in the UK.
