Indo- Belarus Film & Cultural Forum

The forum was established in April 2022, with H.E. Andrei Rzheussky, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of India, nominating Dr. Sandeep Marwah as its Chair. The Indo-Belarus Film and Cultural Forum (IBFCF) organized the Festival of Films from Belarus in April 2022, showcasing four films from Belarus. Sandeep Marwah presented a scholarship to a deserving candidate of Belarus for a course at AAFT.
