Through the cinematic kaleidoscope of film screenings and television programs, it endeavors to nurture a reciprocal exchange of artists, kick off meaningful relationships within the film industry establishments of these two nations. His Excellency Carlos A. Ingoyen, the astute Deputy Head of the Mission of Peru in India, bestowed the mantle upon the globally acclaimed media maestro, Sandeep Marwah, as the Founder Chairperson of the Indo-Peru Film & Cultural Forum.
