Indo- Bulgarian Film & Cultural Forum

ICMEI and the Embassy of Bulgaria in India jointly formed the Indo-Bulgarian Film & Cultural Forum in October 2015. The objective of this Forum is to strengthen the bonds of friendship between the people of India and the people of Bulgaria through art and culture. This forum will devise ways and means to achieve its objective. Inaugurating the Forum, HE Petko Doykov, Ambassador of Bulgaria in India nominated the President of ICMEI as the Founder Chairperson of the Indo-Bulgarian Film & Cultural Forum. After the creation of the forum, a film festival of Bulgarian films was organized, the painting exhibition of Bulgarian painters was on display at Marwah Studios and several delegates from various fields attended summits organized by ICMEI. A scholarship to a deserving candidate for a course at the Asian Academy of Film & Television has also been announced by ICMEI.
