Indo-Russia Film & Cultural Forum

In March 2018, a delegation of Parliamentarians and dignitaries recognized the need for the Indo-Russia Film & Cultural Forum. They suggested that the forum should initially focus on student exchange programs, faculty exchange programs, organizing a festival of films from Russia and collaborating on joint ventures for short films. The Indo Russia Film and Cultural Forum was launched by Sandeep Marwah and he was nominated as the chair of the forum. Russia, officially known as the Russian Federation, is a European country located in Eastern Europe. It spans across Northern Asia and has a vast territory.
