Indo-Guyana Film & Cultural Forum

H.E. Charrandass Persaud spearheaded the establishment of the Indo-Guyana Film and Cultural Forum in March 2022. As part of this initiative, a scholarship for a deserving candidate from Guyana was presented to the High Commissioner, enabling the recipient to attend a three-month course at the Asian Academy of Film and Television. The selected student joined the February 2023 batch.
