Indo- Lebanon Film & Cultural Forum

History in the relationship between the people of Lebanon and India was created in December 2016 by establishing the Indo-Lebanon Film & Cultural Forum, by the representative of the Govt. of Lebanon in India. Mr. Ghassan Abdel Khalek, Charge d'Affaires, Embassy of Lebanon. Mr. Khalek nominated Sandeep Marwah, President of the International Chamber of Media & Entertainment Industry as the Founder Chairperson of the Forum and consented to be its Patron. Mr. Ghassan Abdel Khalek hoped that friendly relations between the people of India will be developed and promoted by this Forum through art and culture. Both India and Lebanon have rich cultural heritage, a well-established film industry, and free mass media.
